Meet the Staff

Lacey Malliard started work at the clinic in September of 2001.  Lacey oversees the operations of both our Hot Springs and Mt. Ida offices.  She has taken numerous hours of management training courses and she is a Limited License Radiological Technician.  Lacey is married to Ricky and together they have 3 children.  

Our Front Office Staff

Tammy VanDusen is joining our staff soon as our Patient Coordinator! Come back soon to learn more about her.

Rhonda Isom joined our team in January of 2012 and has recently been transferred to the Accounts Manager position. She will be helping sort out account questions and working to make sure any insurance problems are ironed out so the focus can stay on your health.  She is also your liason if you've been injured in an auto or work injury.  Rhonda and her husband David have two kids, Dalton-8 and Jakob -14.  They enjoy spending time together boating, camping, hiking and playing with their Pomeranian, "Izzy". 

Our Back Office Staff

Brooklin Janes  is our Chiropractic Assistant in Hot Springs.  Brooklin handles the sales of nutritional supplements and medical equipment that our patients need as well as providing hands-on assistance to Dr. Carson with our patients. She completed the x-ray tech program at NPCC and handles our x-ray department, as well. Brooklin has two beautiful twin girls,  Kayleigh and Baryett.  

 

 

 

Susan Klein has been with us since May of 2005.  She is our Chiropractic Assistant in our Mt. Ida clinic.  Susan assists our doctor in the care of our patients there.  She is also available to our patients for answering questions regarding supplements, treatment and the doctor's instructions, as well as helping with scheduling and new patients.  Susan owns Two Spirits Canoe Adventures in Mt. Ida, AR with her husband, Frank.  She has a daughter and two grandchildren who live in Tennessee.

Miranda Brewer, MMT, has been with us since 2010.  She is a Master Massage Therapist  and does some teaching around the area for continuing education or to students, as well.  Miranda and her husband Calvin have one son, Gabe.  Miranda pursues her interests in music and drama and enjoys spending time with her family when she isn't busy helping patients in the clinic.

Sonya Garibay, LMT joined our practice in 2011. Sonya enjoys working with patients to combine their chiropractic care with massage and specializes in a healing deep tissue massage.  She has many years experience, starting her career in California in a chiropractic clinic much like our own. She works with Dr. Carson to effect positive changes in the soft tissues surrounding the skeletal structures which affect our nervous system.  Sonya enjoys travel, dance and spending time with her boyfriend Paul.
